Getting an account

Signing up does not give you access. Every new account waits until somebody who runs the deployment approves it and attaches it to a business. This is deliberate — it is not a self-service product, and workspaces are set up as part of an agreement.

What the software does

It keeps the record of your business's conversations and money, shows what is waiting on you and what you are waiting on from other people, and proposes replies for you to approve. It does not act on your behalf without approval — a draft is proposed, and a person decides.

What you are responsible for

• Keeping your sign-in to yourself.
• What is sent from your business, including anything you approve.
• Having the right to connect the accounts you connect.
• Your own books — see below.

What it is not

It is not accounting software, not legal advice, and not a system of record for anything you are legally obliged to keep. Keep your own books.

Availability

There is no uptime guarantee on this page, and none is implied. If you need one, it belongs in a written agreement between your business and Verixiom Pte Ltd, not here.

Other people's services

Messages reach your customers through the platform you use — WhatsApp, your email provider — and through the conversation service connecting to it. Those are governed by their own terms, and we cannot promise what they will do.

Ending it

You can stop using it at any time and ask for your workspace to be closed. We may suspend an account being used to break the law or to harm someone.
