How to ask

1. Email privacy@relw.ai with the subject "Delete my data".
2. Say who you are: the email address of your Relw.AI account, or, if you messaged a business, the phone number or WhatsApp, Messenger or Instagram account you wrote from and the name of the business.
3. We may reply to check the request really comes from you before deleting anything.

If you use Relw.AI for your business

We delete your account and what we hold about you: your name, email address and sign-in details, and the tokens for any accounts you connected. If you are asking for your whole business's workspace to be closed, we delete its conversations, contacts and documents too.

To stop us using a connected WhatsApp, Facebook or Instagram account straight away, you can also remove Relw.AI's access in that account's own settings.

If you messaged a business that uses Relw.AI

Your messages to a business on WhatsApp, Messenger or Instagram are part of that business's records, and we keep them on its behalf. You can ask the business directly, or ask us at the address above: we will delete your messages and contact details from that business's Relw.AI workspace and tell the business we have done so.

Deleting them from Relw.AI does not remove them from your own app, or from WhatsApp, Messenger or Instagram themselves. Those are managed in the app.

What may be kept

We keep a record that the deletion was made, by whom and when. Our security log of past actions in the system is kept so that changes can be traced, and may still contain identifiers, such as an email address or phone number, that appeared in those actions. It is used for nothing else.
